One booking calendar
Website bookings and connected conversations use the same booking rules. A requested time is not a confirmed appointment.

Two separate payments
Your Shike subscription and your clients’ service deposits are separate. International plan prices and payment availability will be shown before activation. No overseas card or PayPal checkout is live yet.
How your studio gets ready
- Add services, prices, staff and working hours. For colour corrections, complex designs or services needing assessment, offer a consultation first.
- Confirm your studio’s time zone and booking currency. Customers see studio-local appointment times, including daylight-saving changes.
- Connect the studio’s own business messaging account. An account login alone does not grant message access.
- Approve your answers, cancellation policy and deposit rules. Test enquiries, bookings, changes, cancellation and human handover before opening.
Your clients, your rules
Use only the information needed for the appointment. Do not send identity documents or medical records in chat. Questions needing professional assessment go to your studio; the assistant does not diagnose or promise refunds.
